Every curve starts as a mold, designed in CAD and produced by whichever method suits it best: CNC-cut or 3D-printed. Each piece is cast to tolerance, then fettled and trimmed clean by hand as it comes out of the mold. Once installed, the transitions are fettled again to blend seamlessly, then finished with a final trowel coat and fine sand.
